摘 要:介绍了一种用于逆变电源功率调节的新型零电压零电流转换(ZVZCT)直流斩波器,该斩波器克服了传统ZCT斩波器或ZVT斩波器不能零电流开通和负载续流二极管不能软关断的缺点,适合用于以MOSFET为开关器件的高频电源场合,并对该变换器的稳定运行情况进行了详细的分析,同时进行了仿真验证,仿真结果表明,该ZVZCT软斩波器能可靠地运行在高频场合,实现较大范围内的电压和功率调节.A novel zero-voltage zero-current transition (ZVZCT) DC/DC chopper is intro- duced to regulate the output power of an induction heating power in this paper. The novel chopper can overcome most of drawbacks of the conventional ZVT or ZCT chopper, in which the main switching element does not turned on in zero-current switching, and the main diode turns off in hard switching state. It is suitable for MOSFET switches to the high frequency induction heating power. A detailed steady state analysis and a simulator are used to show that ZVZCT chopper can reliable operation in high-frequency occasions, and can realize con- siderably large scale of regulation of output voltage and power.
