摘 要:采用爆炸喷涂工艺制备出BaF_2+CaF_2+Cr_3C_2/Ni-Cr涂层,为找到粉末性质对涂层性能的影响关系,利用XRD衍射分析、光学显微分析、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析及显微硬度分析等方法研究对比了不同种类粉末制备出的涂层的形貌、成分及显微硬度。研究结果表明,BaF_2+CaF_2+Cr_3C_2/Ni-Cr粉末在爆炸喷涂制备涂层的过程中氟化物会有损失,涂层中的Ca元素和Ba元素的质量分数低于其在粉末中的质量分数;包覆型粉的沉积效率高于机械混合型粉,前者制备的涂层中氟化物含量稍高于后者。The BaF2 +CaF2 +Cr3 C2/Ni-Cr coating was deposited by detonation gun spraying. In order to find the relationship among the powder properties and the coatings performance, the micro morphology, composition and micro hardness of coatings made from different kinds of powder were investigated and compared by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis, energy spectrum analysis, and micro-hardness analysis. The results showed that fluoride and the weight percentage of calcium and barium will reduce in the coating after spraying the BaF2 +CaF2 +Cr3C2/Ni-Cr powder with detonation gun. Compared with that of mixed powder, the deposition efficiency of clad powder is better, and the weight percentage of fluoride in the coating made by clad powder is higher.
