摘　　要：从皮部与经脉、腧穴泛化现象、体表浅层与深层发生学关系、痛阈和止痛物质四方面探讨皮三针治疗软组织损伤的临床治疗机理,以期进一步推动皮三针疗法在临床中的应用。Phenomena of the skin areas, meridians, acupuncture point extencive, the surface of a shallow and deep, the pain threshold and pain material in four areas of the skin three needles treatment and soft tissue injury in clinical treatment mechanism, with a view to further promoting the skin three needles acupuncture therapy clinical application.
