摘　　要：中医药治疗癌性疼痛具有丰富的临床经验,长期的实践证实中医药在癌痛中有积极的作用,适用于各级疼痛。辨证论治是癌痛中医治疗的优势所在,它具有多靶点、全面兼顾和个体化治疗的特点。根据临床体会并结合文献资料,探索癌性疼痛的辨证分型,总结成如下10型:气机郁滞型、瘀血内阻型、痰湿凝聚型、热毒蕴结型、阴寒凝结型、腑实内闭型、饮邪内伏型、气血亏损型、阴虚火旺型、阳气虚馁型。并阐述各型的治法与方药。The Chinese medicine treatment cancerous ache has the rich clinical experience, the long- term practice confirmation Chinese medicine has the positive function in the cancer pain, is suitable in all levels of aches.
