摘　　要：住房问题一直是全社会关注的热点,高校教师这一特殊社会职业群体的住房现状存在很多问题,市场经济下高校住房管理体制的全面改革,能化解高校教职工居住生活与居住空间的矛盾冲突,实现人、自然、学校的和谐发展。Housing problem is a hot topic of the whole society all the way. The teachers of colleges and universities are a special social professional group whose housing situation exists many problems. Vnder the market economy, the comprehensive reform of college housing management system can resolve the contradictions and conflicts between the faculty of colleges and the living space, and achiere harmonious devecopent of human, nature and school.
