摘　　要：为了了解临床医学一年级学生性格特质与学习成绩之间的关系,本研究抽取学年成绩排名前150名学生为被试,进行团体16PF人格问卷的测试及相关研究。结果表明,学习成绩与性格特质有一定的相关性,高校教育者应根据一年级学生的性格特质,加强心理学知识的学习与运用,促进其人格完善,使其更好地掌握大学阶段的学习方法,不断提高学业成绩。The aim of this article is to know the relationship between the special quality of students of grade one majored in clinical medicine and the academic record.The writer checks the students whose academic record ranked first one hundred and fifty, and makes 16 personality factor questionnaire. As a result, the writer founds that there is some relationship between academic record and special quality. At last the writer thinks that the educators in colleges should strengthen the use of psychology according to the special quality of the students of grade one, and make them improve the academic record in college.
