摘　　要：教育部《普通高等学校本科教学工作水平评估方案(试行)》中的"本科教学工作水平评估指标体系"对大学教学管理队伍人员构成作出了明确的界定。大学教学管理队伍人员构成中不包括学校党委书记、校长和学院党总支书记、院长的界定是不切实际的、不合理的,不利于提高教学工作水平和人才培养质量。应该将大学教学管理队伍分为教学管理队伍和教务管理队伍。Undergraduate Teaching Evaluation Index System in The Teaching Level EvaluationProgram in Regular Institutions of Higher Learning (Trial Version) clearly defines the personnel composition of teaching management team in colleges and universities. This paper holds that the definition that president and secretary of party committee in university, deans and secretaries of party committees in colleges are not included in the personnel composition of teaching management team is unpractical and unreasonable, which may hinder the improvement of teaching level and talent training quality. The paper puts forward that teaching management team in colleges and universities should be divided into two levels: teaching management team and teaching administration team.
