摘　　要：目的:对胸部CR影像缺陷因素进行分析,探讨其质量控制措施。方法:分析1 537例(1 674片)有质量缺陷的胸部CR影像平片。结果:信息登记错误占1.73%、投照操作缺陷占51.43%、体位缺陷占26.29%、CR机故障和IP板缺陷因素占20.55%。结论:影响胸部CR影像质量因素是多方面的,其存在于信息登记、X线投照、CR信息采集和处理等环节。认为胸部CR影像质量控制应贯穿于此项工作流程的各个环节。Objective ：To analyze control measure. Methods： To select the defective factors of the chest CR images and to explore the quality 1 537 cases, there were 1 674 chest CR images, which had quality defects. Results： Registration information for patient＇s image defects accounted for about 1. 73%. X -ray operation as reasons for defects accounted for about 51.43%. Patient＇s posture defects accounted for about 26.29%. CR machine faults and IP board defects accounted for about 20. 55%. Conclusion： The factors which influence the chest CR image quality exist in basic information on the patient＇s registration, X - ray projection, collection of CR imaging informattion,information disposing and so on. So the chest CR image quality control should be linked in the process.
