摘　　要：本文简要介绍了变电站监控系统的配置和软件。变电站监控系统能够满足一个配电站现在或将来的全部要求。系统被设计成一个开放的系统，除了提供标准化的数据转换处理功能外，还具有独特的用户接口，能够对系统的特别任务提供集成。由于有先进的诊断功能，它还能提供理想的调试和维护功能。由于具有开放完备的文件，以及经测试的系统，所以具有结构清晰、性能可靠的特点，而且硬件模块化，互换性强。This article briefly introduces the configuration and the software of the transformer substation＇s supervisory system. The above system can meet all the present and future demands of a distributed substation. The system was designed as an open system, i.e. besides providing standardized data transformation ＆ processing functions, it is also equipped with the particular user interfaces for providing the integration of system＇s specific tasks. With advanced diagnostic function, it can optimally support commissioning and maintenance. Thanks to its open, fully documents and tested system, so the system is characterized with clear structure, reliable performances, hardware modularization and better interchangeability.
