摘　　要：上海市浦东新区统计局现有的数据集成系统采集能力较弱,仍以手工为主、采集的数据没有统一的管理、数据的利用率较低这些问题急需解决。在比较了现有数据集成的技术并结合统计局的特点后提出运用XML、BizTalk技术为其设计一个B/S结构的信息管理与宏观分析系统。介绍其核心是数据集成平台的设计和构建,使其能够把分散在各个软件中的相互对立的、数据结构完全不同的统计数据高效地集成到一个统一的数据中心中,为统计数据分析和宏观决策提供数据支持。Considering these problems that system is human-motivated, short of integrated management, utilization ratio of data is low and so on of Shanghai Pudong New area Statistical Commission, compare several data integration technique and combine the actuality to design an information management and macroscopic analysis system with B/S structure through XML,BizTalk technology. Describes the core design and the construction of this integrated data integration platform. The platform can collect data that has different structure and been separated by different software into data center as well as support data analysis and macroscopic decision.
