摘　　要：综述了智能式压力变送器的发展现状,列举了世界著名厂商最新产品的硬件技术及主要性能。重点介绍了日本富士电机最新研发的FCX-AⅢ系列智能压力变送器的关键技术和特点。通过对硅微电容传感器原理和先进浮动膜盒结构的分析,说明了产品的特性和优势。针对石化行业中的特殊用途,列举了实际应用的案例,有效解决了特殊工况介质测量的问题。The current developing status of smart pressure transmitters is described comprehensively. The hardware technologies and major performance of the newest products from famous manufacturers worldwide are listed. The critical technologies and features of FCX-A Ⅲ series smart pressure transmitters developed by Fuji electric systems, Japan are introduced emphatically. The characteristics and superiority of the products are expounded and the major performance indexes are compared. Aiming at the specific usages in petrochemical industry, practical applicable cases are listed. The measurement of media under special operating conditions has been resolved effectively.
