摘 要:文中将相邻廓线段的交点寻求与交点的平滑过渡处理结合起来考虑,可以降低对廓线交点求解的精度要求,大大提高搜索速度;对交点附近用三次多项式进行过渡处理,既能满足平行分度凸轮机构运动连续的准则要求,又能实现平滑过渡,使凸轮廓线整体连续光滑,并具有确定的函数表达,便于凸轮CAD/CAM一体化的实现。It was advanced in this paper that by considering the intersection points seeking of the adjacent contour line segments be combined with the smooth transition treatment could lower the precision requirement on the solution of intersection points of con- tour lines and greatly raised the searching speed. Using the cubic multinomial to carrying out transition treatment at the region nearby the intersection points that could both satisfying the requirement ofthe motion continuation criterion of parallel indexing cam mechanism and realizing smooth transition as well, thus let the overall cam contour line to be continuously smooth and possessing definite expression of function and convenient for the realization of the CAD/ CAM integration of cam.
