摘　　要：通过同一实验标准在不同条件下切削非调质易切钢YF45MnV和45钢,对比研究了非调质易切钢YF45MnV的切削加工性能。结果表明非调质易切钢YF45MnV的切削加工性能好于45钢,非调质易切钢YF45MnV适合于中低速、大切深切削。Cutting the non-tempered easy cutting steel YF45MnV and the 45 steel under different conditions by means of the same experimental standard, a contrast study has been made on the cutting processing performance of non-tempered easy cutting steel YF45MnV. The result indicated that the cutting processing performance of non-tempered easy cutting steel YF45MnV was better than that of the 45 steel. The non-tempered easy cutting steel YF45MnV is suitable for cuttings of medium low speed and big cutting depth.
