摘  要:依据导出的曲柄、偏距、连杆的长度边界条件可预先选择三者长度之一,并使其小于或等于许用压力角[α];结合推导出的平面曲柄滑块机构的设计计算公式,计算曲柄、偏距、连杆三者长度的其余两者,依据边界条件可直接判断所得计算结果是否满足机构运动连续性要求。通过实践,文中所用的设计方法不仅克服了现行广泛使用的设计方法所存在的不足,而且简单易行。In accordance with the length boundary conditions of crank, eccentricity and connecting rod, it is possible to pre-select one of the three lengths and choose to let it be less than or equals to the allowable pressure angle [ α ]. Compute two others of the three lengths of crank, eccentricity and connecting rod by combining with the derived designing calculation formulae of planar crank-slider mechanism. On the basis of boundary conditions it is possible to judge directly whether the obtained result could satisfy the continuity requirement of the mechanism' s movement or not. By means of practice it is verified that the designing method used in this paper not only overcame the existing deficiency of the broadly used designing method at present but also easy to be carried out.
