摘　　要：用Pro/E3.0对U3-500H型钢轧机机架建立了三维模型,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS10.0对机架进行三维有限元计算,获得了机架的变形特征及应力分布情况,为该类H型钢轧机机架的进一步设计与研究提供了理论依据。A 3D model was established for the frame of U3 - 500H typed rolling mill exported to Sudan by certain heavy duty machinery company. Utilizing the finite element analysis software AN-SYSIO. 0 to carrying out 3D finite element calculation upon the frame and obtained the deformation characteristics of frame and the stress distribution situation, thus provided theoretical basis for further design and study of this kind of H typed rolling mill frame.
