摘  要:文章对我国有代表性的生态旅游景区——张家界国家森林公园游客满意度进行实证调查,从游客的个人特性、游览动机、游客对公园的预期想法与实际体验进行研究,并结合重要程度分析法与SWOT构建游客期望与满意度矩阵表。研究发现:游客个体特性不同,其游憩动机有所差异;游客的游憩动机与行前期望相关性显著;从期望与满意度矩阵表得知,张家界国家森林公园拥有机会因子14项,优势因子3项,弱点因子11项和挑战因子6项,表明张家界国家森林公园游客整体满意度一般。This paper carries out an empirical research on visitors' satisfaction with Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, a typical ecotourism attraction in China. It studies visitors' individual characteristics, travel motivation, expectation and real experience. It constructs a matrix between visitors' expectation and satisfaction based on a combination of Importance Analysis method and SWOT. The research finds that travel motivation varies due to the difference in visitors' individual characteristics, that there is a prominent relationship between travel motivation and expectation, and that from the matrix between visitors' expectation and satisfaction, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park has 14 opportunity factors, 3 strength factors, 11 weakness factors and 6 challenge factors, which indicates that the overall visitors' satisfaction with Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is only at an average level.
