摘 要:利用超声心动图对9名中长跑运动员和9名投掷运动员赛前集训前后心脏形态结构和运动成绩进行了研究,结果发现:赛前集训后,中长跑运动员和投掷运动员心脏形态结构都发生了变化。但中长跑运动员LVEDD和LVM的增加比投掷运动员大,而投掷运动员LVPWD、LVPWS和IVSD的增加比中长跑运动员大,说明赛前集训后中长跑运动员主要是左室腔径扩大和左室心肌重量增加,而投掷运动员主要是左室壁厚度增加。中长跑运动员和投掷运动员运动成绩分别增加了4.98%和7.01%。本研究的目的是探讨赛前集训对运动员心脏形态结构的影响,揭示心脏形态结构的变化与运动成绩之间的相关性,从而为运动训练提供理论依据。The present research examined the heart structures of 18 athletes(9 long distance running athletes and 9 throwing athletes) using ultrasound cardiogram.The results demonstrated that while all the participants' heart structures had changed after the pre-contest training,the LVEDD and LVM of those long distance running athletes had a bigger increase than of the 9 throwing athletes,while the LVPWD、LVPWS and IVSD of the throwing athletes were increased to a larger degree than of the long distance running athletes,or to say,the cavity diameter of the left heart chamber of the long distance running athletes increased a lot after the training,while the weight of the left heart chamber of the throwing athletes had a greater promotion.Compared with the scores got without precontest training,the achievements of the long distance running athletes and the throwing athletes were promoted by 4.98 and 7.01 percent respectively.The present study is to cast new light on the training of athletes by exploring the influence of pre-contest training of athletes on their heart structures and the correlations between these changes and their game scores.
