对我国优秀男子背越式跳高运动员起跳阶段两臂和摆动腿摆动技术的运动学研究

摘　　要：采用技术动作录像拍摄与分析,对参加2004年全国田径锦标赛暨奥运会选拔赛男子背越式跳高运动员在起跳过程中两臂和摆动腿摆动技术有关的运动学参数进行定性、定量分析。结果表明:在起跳过程中,摆动腿摆动角度速度最大值为腾起垂直初速度呈非常显著性的正相关,两臂和摆动腿的摆动使身体重心高度运动轨迹曲线呈上升趋势。另外,改进摆动技术,提高两臂和摆动腿的快速摆动与制动能力,是提高背越式跳高成绩的有效训练途径。Adopting the technical movement video records to take with analysis,to attend 2004 national farmland path championship and Olympic game tryout man to carry on the back more a type high jump athlete two arms and swing leg to swing a technique in jump the distance relevant of the kinetics parameter carry on settle sex,quantitative analysis.Express as a result： swing a leg a swing angle speed in jump the distance biggest the value rises perpendicular and early speed to present for the very just related,the swing of two arms and swing legs makes the body center of gravity exercise highly the track curve present up-trend.To improve a swing technique moreover,raise two arms and swing legs of fast swing with make kinetic energy dint,is an exaltation to carry on the back more a type high jump result of valid train path.
