摘　　要：随着基因治疗技术的发展,基因兴奋剂将给竞技体育带来严重冲击。对基因治疗与基因兴奋剂的界定仍需进一步研究。对胎儿的基因兴奋剂治疗将会产生新的伦理问题。对身体无害的基因兴奋剂是否允许使用。广泛开展基因治疗与基因兴奋剂的伦理研究、法律法规研究,加强反基因兴奋剂检测的研究与合作是解决基因兴奋剂的主要手段。保护优秀运动员的基因资源同样是反基因兴奋剂的重要工作。With the development of the gene therapy, gene doping will bring a great shock, The divide between gene therapy and gene doping needs to be studied continually, k will bring out new ethic issues if embryo is treated to the gene doping, Whether it will be allowed to use though the gene doping is harmless. The best way to solve the gene doping is that to study the ethic of gene therapy, gene doping and the legal regulation broad, to enhance the study of the anti-gene doping test and to close the cooperation. It is also important for anti-gene doping to protect the gene resources of super athletes.
