摘  要:目的:观察白藜芦醇对小鼠免疫和抗氧化功能的影响。方法:采用小鼠游泳训练的方法复制疲劳模型。30只健康昆明种小鼠随机分成3组,对照组、运动组、运动+白藜芦醇组,每组10只。游泳训练6周,6周后进行力竭游泳。测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬能力,胸腺和脾脏指数,小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:白藜芦醇组与运动组比较,运动小鼠力竭时间明显延长,腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力明显增高(P<0.05),脾脏指数、胸腺指数变化明显增加;小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,血清丙二醛(MDA)含量下降。结论:白藜芦醇可提高机体免疫力和抗氧化功能。Objective : The effects of resveratrol on immune and antioxidative functions of mice were observed. Methods. Thirty healthy male Kunming mice were selected and randczuly divided into 3 groups with 10 mice in each group: control group, exercise group;exercise + resveratrol group. The swimming training is 6 weeds, carry on strength to exhaust and swim 6 weeks later. Measure Physical Performance , the ability to engulf chicken' s erythrocyte of little mouse' s abdominal cavity's macrophages, calculate the thymus and spleen index, the activity of SOD and the content of MDA. Results:The group of exercise + resveratrol obviously lengthen the duration of exhaustive swimming, increase the ability of engulfing of abdominal cavity' s macrophages compared with exercise group, The impact on spleen index, thymic index is obvious improve. The activity of SOD was increased , but the content of MDA was decreased. Conclusion: Resveratrol could improve the immune and antioxidative functions of mice.
