摘 要:采用文献资料法、数理统计法,问卷调查法等,以第十届全运会游泳比赛中获得200 m各项前8名的男女运动员各20名为研究对象,分析探讨速度耐力对200 m的游泳项目重要性和速度耐力的训练方法、手段等。研究结果得出:糖酵解(乳酸)供能是游泳200 m项目主要的供能系统,乳酸耐受力训练和最大乳酸值训练是提高速度耐力的重要水中训练方法;速度力量素质和力量耐力素质是200 m游泳运动员陆上力量训练的重点,陆上力量训练形式应尽量与游泳技术相结合,并通过水中训练手段转化为专项力量。我国游泳200 m项目具备在2008年奥运会上争夺奖牌的条件和实力。By the methods of documentations, statistics and questionnaire, the paper analyzes the operation of energy supply; swimming physical fitness and the training methods of sprint-endurance based on the top 8 swimmers in 200m event of 10th National Games. The results show that Glycolysis (lactic acid) energy supplying is the main energy supplying system for 200-meter swimmers; lactic acid endurance training and the largest lactate training are the main trainings in water that can enhance the speed endurance. Sprint strength and endurance strenth plays a key role in training methods for 200m swimmers. Dryland-training shall consider to combined with swimming techniques as well as possible, and turn the general strength into swimming strength through the training in water. The paper shows that Chinese 200m-event swimmers have the capacity for winning gold medals of 200-meter swimming in the 2008 Olympic Games.
