摘　　要：在分析RIA特点的基础上,提出基于RIA构造一个实用的WebGIS应用开发框架"Rich-WebGIS"的思路.详细论述各层次的结构、组成以及相互之间的关系,并对空间数据模型和Web Service等关键技术进行总结和分析,同时给出了应用模式与实例.结果表明:该框架对于构造具有丰富用户体验的富客户端WebGIS是可行的.The thought of constructing an application and development frame called Rich-WebGIS based on RIA is introduced. In addition, the structure and object constitution of each layer in Rich-WebGIS are discussed in detail. Some key techniques adopted in Rich-WebGIS such as spatial data model and WebService are summarized and analyzed, and the application mode of Rich-WebGIS is also presented. Simulation result shows that the proposed method is feasible.
