摘　　要：改革开放30年来,指导我国宏观经济调控实践的思想依次为"计划主导论"、"间接调控论"和"政策主导论"。这三种宏观调控思想分别对应计划经济体制、有计划的商品经济体制和社会主义市场经济体制。由"计划主导论"发展到"政策主导论"反映了我们对计划经济和市场经济认识的深化,反映了我们对计划与市场关系认识的深化。In the past 30 years of reform and opening-up to the world, the guiding thought of our macroeconomic regulation and control has been those of planning dominated,indirect regulation and control, and policy-dominated in accordance with the planned economic system, the planned commodity economic system, and socialist market economic system respectively. The evo- lution of the guidelines from planning dominated to policy dominated reflected our increasing understanding of planned economy and market economy,and our deepening understanding of the relation between planning and market as well.
