摘  要:中国电力工业正处在厂网分开、竞价上网、开放电力市场阶段,而AGC机组参与系统负荷调节又是电力市场中很重要的内容.针对电力市场下AGC机组调度的选择提出了一种基于三角模糊数的层次分析法,经实例验证该方法反映了决策因素的模糊性和不确定性,提高了选择的可信度,为AGC机组经济调度综合评判提供了一种新方法.The power industry of China is going to establish a market - based operational mechanism which makes a fea- ture of separation of generation and transmission management, competition before supplying and open access. In electric- ity market the problem of pricing and performing management by AGC units is an important problem. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on triangular fuzzy numbers is advanced aiming at the selection of AGC units on the market - based power industry. It is illustrated that this method reflects the fuzzy information and uncertainty of decision - making and enhances the reliability of the selections validated by examples. A new methodis proposed here for the comprehen- sive judgment of AGC units selection.
