摘　　要：建立乙酰高半胱氨酸内酯含量测定的HPLC方法.采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水(10∶90),在237 nm下检测,流速为1.0 mL/m in,平均回收率为99.5%.说明使用该方法测定DL-N-乙酰高半胱氨酸内酯,简便快捷,结果准确,适用于原料及制剂的质量控制.An HPLC method was developed to determine the content of DL-N-acetylhomocysteine thiolactone. A C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of 10% methanol and 90% water. The detection was 237 nm and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. The average recovery＇ of DL-N-acetylbomocysteine thiolactone was 99. 5%. Therefore, this meth- od was easy, quick and accurate, and can be used to control the quality of DL-N-acetylhomocysteine thiolactone in raw materials and the related products.
