摘  要:试验以油松、华山松2种针叶树的盆栽2 a生实生苗为试材,采用静态熏气法,将苗木用不同浓度(0.0、0.6、1.0、1.6、2.5、3.1、4.1 mg/m3)的标准汽车尾气处理72 h,研究了汽车尾气对2种苗木叶片的相对电导率、MDA含量、SOD和POD酶活性的影响。结果表明,随着处理浓度的增加,2种苗木的叶片MDA和相对电导率整体呈上升趋势;两树种叶片POD和油松SOD活性呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势,而华山松SOD活性呈现逐渐升高变化趋势。对2种苗木的抗性进行综合比较得出华山松抗汽车尾气污染的能力较强。To study the ability of adaptation to traffic emissions,two-year-old seedlings of the P/has tabulaeformis, Pinus armandii Frauch were used as the materials.Putting the materials in polluted gas chambers, the effect of automobile exhaust on some physiological indexes in the two conifer species were studied by exposing the materials to the different exhaust gas concentration (0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, 3. laud 4.1 mg/m^3) for same duration of 72 h. The results showed that with increasing automobile exhaust concentration, mal-ondialdehyde (MDA) contents and the relative conductivity increased, suporoxide dis- mutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) activites of two species and superoxide dismutase (SOD) of Pinus tabuloeformis first increased then decreased, but superoxide dismutase (SOD) of Pinus armandii increased in all treatments. Pinus atmandii Frauch had higher ability of pollution resistance comperehensively judged with all indexes.
