摘  要:研究了不同退火温度对热等静压(HIP)纯钒组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,纯钒的退火过程呈明显的回复、再结晶、晶粒长大3个阶段;随退火温度升高,板条状马氏体含量减少,温度高于950℃退火时板条状马氏体消失;随着退火温度的升高,纯钒的拉伸强度降低,塑性先增加后降低;塑性在950℃退火时达最大值,延伸率、断面收缩率分别为35.2%、64%。Effects of annealing temperature on the microstructure and properties of pure vanadium manufactured by hot isostatic pressing(HIP) were studied. The results show that the microstructure of pure vanadium in the annealing process presented three obvious phases of recovery, recrystallization, grain growth.With increasing of annealing temperature,the quantity of band martensite and tensile strength decreased gradually and band martensite was diminished completely over 950 ℃. The ductility of pure vanadium increased firs, then decreased with increasing of annealing temperature, reaching maximum after annealed at 950 ℃, The ultimate strength, elongation and reduction in area of pure vanadium annealed at 950 ℃ reached 380 MPa, 35.2%, 64%, respectively.
