摘 要:用高温固相法首次合成了Ce3+、Tb3+、Ce3+/Tb3+激活CaO-B2O3-CaCl2(CBC)基质的系列发光材料。通过荧光光谱、IR谱、SEM等研究表明:不同波长激发CBC:Tb3+的蓝/绿发射不同,而CBC:Ce3+/Tb3+的主要发射源于Tb3+的5D4→7F5跃迁;双掺0.04molTb3+的发射强度为单掺0.14molTb3+的5.6倍,Ce3+是Tb3+的高效敏化剂;CBC:Ce3+/Tb3+含有[BO3]、[BO4]和[BCl4]基团,Ce3+、Tb3+同时进入基质,形成体积补偿,使体系稳定;发光体与CBC存在同位发射现象;CBC:Ce3+/Tb3+中存在Ce3+→Tb3+的电多极相互作用的共振传递及CBC→Ce3+、CBC→Tb3+、Ce3+→Ce3+的多重能量传递。A series of luminescence materials with the host CaO-B2O3-CaCl2(CBC), activated by Cc^3+, Tb^3+ and Ce^3+/Tb^3+, was synthesized by high temperature solid state method .The results of fluorescence spectrum, IR spectrum and SEM images indicate that the blue/green emission of CBC:Tb^3+ varies at different excitation wavelength while the main emission of CBC:Ce^3+/Tb^3+ is due to ^5D4→7F5 transition of Tb^3+. The emission intensity of 0.04 tool Tb^3+ co-doped is 5.6 times of that of 0.14 tool Tb^3+ doped in CBC. Ce^3+ is a high-performance sensitizer of Tb^3+. CBC:Ce^3+/Tb^3+ contains [BO3], [BO4] and [BCI4] groups. Ce^3+ and Tb^3+ enter into the host simultaneously, which balances the volume, and steadies the system. An identical parity emission phenomenon exists between the phosphor and CBC. Multi-ply energy transitions of CBC→Ce^3, Ce^3+→Ce^3+, CBC→Tb^3+ and Ce^3+→Tb^3+, which is resonance transition by the electrical mutlipolar interaction, exist in CBC:Ce^3+/Tb^3+.
