摘  要:精镗自动补偿是一项可有效地改善零部件中关键孔的加工质量,并提高工序效率的应用技术。首先对由随机检测、信号反馈补偿和具有微调功能的镗头组成的系统做了简单描述,并结合实例介绍了典型的补偿型镗刀及其补偿模式。文章在经过对国内主流汽车发动机厂缸孔加工工序的有针对性的调研后指出:精镗自动补偿在行业的实际应用,虽有趋势和倾向性,但主要还是取决于不同企业在规划过程中不同的工艺选择。Fine boring with automatic compensation is an applied technology with which it will be to improve the quality of machined holes effectively and improve the production efficiency. The practical application of the system composed of online gaging, signal feed back and adjusting boring head is briefly introduced, and boring head with automatic compensation and compensation mode is illustrated with examples. The article makes analyses based on an investigation of Chinese main auto engine plants and points out that the application of boring head with automatic compensation has potential demand, but it mainly depends on different selection modes of fine boring process.
