摘　　要：根据在工程中应用冷轧扭钢筋施工的具体实践,介绍了冷轧扭钢筋的物理力学性能、加工制作、绑扎过程及其外观特征,并对其应用的经济效益作了分析说明,对当前的节能降耗有一定的积极意义。In accordance with concrete practice of cold- rolled and twisted steel bars in the project, the essay introduced physical dynamic properties, processing and constructing, fastening process and external appearance, analyzing and illustrating its economic efficiency, the practice proved positive implication for the current energy saving.
