摘  要:目的探讨菊花中的多糖成分和绿原酸对肠道免疫功能的调节作用。方法提取金菊花中多糖成分;分离大鼠肠道淋巴细胞,分别与菊花中多糖、绿原酸共培养,ELISA法检测上清液中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和γ-干扰素(IFN)水平;比较菊花中多糖、绿原酸对肠道淋巴细胞免疫功能的调节作用。结果菊花多糖和绿原酸均可促进淋巴细胞上清液中TNF-α和γ-IFN水平升高;菊花多糖对肠道上皮内淋巴细胞影响较小;绿原酸对肠道上皮内淋巴细胞功能影响显著。结论金菊花中菊花多糖和绿原酸可调节肠道淋巴细胞分泌TNF-α和γ-IFN,具有免疫调节功能。Objective To explore the immunomodulatory effects on intestinal tract by polysaocharide from Dendranthema mrifolium and chlorogenic acid. Methods Polysaccharide was extracted from Dendranthema mrifolium with water and ethanol; the enteric mucosa lymphocytes were isolated from rats, and co-cultured with polysaccharide and chlorogenic acid respectively. The level of IFN-γ, and TNF-α in supernatants were assayed by ELISA . The immune modulatory effects on intestinal lymphocytes were compared between these two componnets. Results Polysaccharide and chlorogenic acid both increased the level of TNF-α and IFN-γ; moreover, chlorogcnic acid shown more effective on IEL than polysaccharide. Conclusion Polysaccharide and chlorogenic acid both exert immune modulatory effect on lymphocytes of enteric mucosal immune system.
