摘  要:目的研究碘海醇对温敏型聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-co-甲基丙烯酸丁酯)(记为PNIP/BMA)纳米凝胶相行为的影响,为制备新型的具显影性、可原位凝胶化的温敏纳米凝胶分散体提供依据。方法用动态光散射法研究碘海醇对PNIP/BMA纳米凝胶颗粒的体积相转变的影响;用瓶倒转法和黏度法研究碘海醇对可原位凝胶化的PNIP/BMA分散体的温敏相行为的影响。结果PNIP/BMA纳米凝胶颗粒在碘海醇注射液中在较低温度时处于收缩状态,温度升高时其粒径先增大后稍缩小,而后因为纳米凝胶疏水团聚而增大;不同于其在纯水中的体积相转变行为。当分散递质中碘海醇中含碘浓度>175 mg.mL-1时,较高浓度的PNIP/BMA分散体在体温附近可形成半透明的溶胀凝胶。相同条件下,含碘海醇的PNIP/BMA分散体的黏度高于不含碘海醇PNIP/BMA分散体的黏度。结论碘海醇对PNIP/AAm纳米凝胶颗粒的体积相转变和其分散体的相行为均有较大影响。较高浓度的PNIP/BMA纳米凝胶碘海醇注射液分散体是新型的温敏原位凝胶化体系,并具显影性。Objective To study the influence of iohexol on the phase behavior of thermosensitve poly (N- isopropylaerylamide-co-butyl methacrylate ) (PNIP/BMA) nanogel for preparing a novel radiopaque in situ gelable thermosensitive nanogel. Methods The influence of Iohexol on the volume phase transition of PNIP/BMA nanogel particles was investigated by dynamic light scattering. The effect of iohexol on the thermosensitive phase behavior of in situgelable PNIP/ BMA nanogel dispersion was studied by vial inverting method and viscosimeter. Results PNIP/BMA nanogel particles dispersed in iohexol injection were in shrunken state at lower temperature and the average diameter of PNIP/BMA nanogel particles increased first, then decreased slightly and followed by increasing induced by hydrophobie aggregating with the temperature increase, which was different from that of PNIP/BMA nanogel dispersed in pure water. The concentrated PNIP/BMA nanogel became semitranslucent swollen gel near the body temperature with iohexol being higher than 175 mgl · mL^-1. The viscosity of nanogel dispersion containing iohexol was higher than that of aqueous dispersion without iohexol under the same condition. Conclusion iohexol has profound effects on both the volume phase transition of PNIP/AAm nanogel particles and phase behavior of PNIP/AAm nanogel dispersion. Concentratel PNIP/AAm nanogel dispersed in iohexol injection has an attractive potential for being used as a novel thermosensitive in situ-forming gel system with radiopaque property.
