摘　　要：近些年来,由船用主机曲轴箱爆炸造成的机损和人员伤亡事故己引起各家船公司的广泛重视。文章首先分析了船用主机曲轴箱爆炸的基本原因,总结了当前预防曲轴箱爆炸的几种方法及其各自特点,指出了油气分离技术在预防船用主机曲轴箱爆炸中的发展方向。文章最后提出了预防曲轴箱爆炸事故发生的日常管理注意事项及应急措施,以期能对轮机管理人员有所借鉴。The crankcase explosion due to a heavy oil mist causes not only engine fracture but can alsocause casualties. Recently these had aroused widely manyship companies＇ attention. This paper firstly analyzes the basic principle of crankcase explosions in marine main engine, summarizes some useful methods and their own features to prevent this kind of accident, and then points out the developing trend of oilgas separating technology used to prevent crankcase explosions. Finally this paper brings forward some attention items in daily management and emergency roles to help the marine emgineers.
