摘 要:作者研究了国产氨利酮对犬心肌梗塞及梗塞性心律失常的影响。结果表明,在上述病理状态下,氨利酮仍具有正性肌力作用。对于未衰竭心脏,氨利酮可加重心肌梗塞,但并不加重梗塞后心律不齐。Six dogs underwent 15 min left an-terior descending (LAD) coronary arteryocclusion (CAO) with 1 hour's reperfu-sion for 3 times. Fifteen min after CAO(control), CAO during amrinone (Amr), andCAO during isoprenaline,∑ST (mV) andgy (mV) were 66±26 and 8±2.72±61and 9±4.90±48 and 11±6 respectivley, 24hatter LAD CAO, dP/dt max (kPa/s) andHR (heart beats/min) were 483±93 and211±36 respectively. Intravenous Amr by1.5, 3 and 6 mg/kg increased dP/dtmax to 630±79. 583±116 and 500±148; HRto 223±44, 232±45 and 239±54; and also de-creased SBP, DBP and LVEDP. Amr causedneither change in percentage of non-sinusbeats, nor ventricular fibrillation. Theseresults suggested that in myocardialinfarction and arrhythmia, Amr couldstill be of positive inotropic effect. Amrworsened myocardial infarction in non-failing heart, but it did not aggravatedarrhythmia after myocardial infarction,
