摘 要:用全脂奶粉配制废水,研究了吸附-厌氧序批式反应器(AB-ASBR)对有机物的去除效果和特性,并与普通厌氧序批式反应器(ASBR)进行了比较.结果表明,AB-ASBR能显著提高出水水质,当原水COD为2000mg/L时,其出水COD在100mg/L以下,COD总去除率可达95%-96%.A段进水后30min内对COD的去除率可达90%,以厌氧颗粒污泥对非溶解性COD的初期快速吸附作用为主.B段的半饱和常数(Ks)仅为5.4mg/L,厌氧颗粒污泥对COD具有很好的亲和性,使B段出水COD低于普通厌氧序批式反应器.Efficiencies and characteristics of organic compounds removal were studied in an adsorption-anaerobic sequencing batch reactor(AB-ASBR), and compared with an ordinary anaerobic sequencing batch reactor(ASBR).The full cream powdered milk wastewater was used as reactors influent. The effluent COD concentrations of AB-ASBR were lower than 100mg/L and 95 to 96 percent of COD removal was obtained when the AB-ASBR was fed a total chemical oxygen demand (COD) concentration of 2000mg/L. Rapid COD removal was observed in A-stage of the AB-ASBR within 30 minutes after fill period, 90 percent COD removal was contributed by anaerobic granular sludge initial stage adsorption of insoluble COD onto the anaerobic granular sludge. The half-saturation constant (Ks) of B-stage was calculated as 5.4mg/L, which indicated the anaerobic granular sludge in B-stage of the AB-ASBR had a better affinity for soluble COD and lower effluent COD concentration comparing with the ordinary ASBR.
