摘　　要：本文介绍一种高强螺栓液压张拉器的研制背景、应用原理、适用范围。通过对高强螺栓进行张拉试验,测定使用这种张拉器对螺栓造成的预拉力损失,确定实际需超张拉的力,使螺栓达到设计预拉力。同时,分析了影响螺栓预拉力损失的因素,并介绍了在多个大型电视塔和风力发电塔中的应用。This paper introduces the research background, application theory, scope of a type of hydraulic tensioner for high strength bolts. A test about the loss of pre-stress for the high strength bolts has been done by pulling the bolts in order to decide the extra press to reach the design pre-stress of the bolts. This tensioner has been applied in several large-scale TV tower and wind power generation tower.
