摘　　要：寒冷地区通信铁塔基础的设计、施工经常会遇到季节性冻土问题,如何解决季节性冻土产生的冻涨、融陷、热融滑塌等问题,对通信铁塔的使用安全和合理使用寿命至关重要。本文阐述了消除基底法向冻胀力和基侧切向冻胀力的一些常规处理方法以及施工中的注意事项。Design and construction of communications steel tower＇s fundation in cold area usually face the problem of seasonally frozen ground. It is very important how to solve frost heave, melt fall, hot melt, slide sink and other questions for safety and working life. This text expatiates some normal methods and attentions of the construction for avoiding normal frost-heave force and tangential frost-heave force.
