摘  要:利用18个微卫星标记对国家实验禽类种子中心保存的HBK-B和HBK-Q两个封闭鸭群进行遗传分析。试验结果表明:两个群体中各有7个位点的多态信息含量(PIC)大于0.5,18个微卫星标记的平均PIC分别为0.474和0.480,呈中度多态;校正后的等位基因丰富度分别为3.56和3.54,表明这两个群体的遗传多样性基本相同。等位基因频率差异的卡方检验和两个群体间的遗传分化系数FST值显著水平的检验均证明这两个群体间的遗传分化已经达到了极显著水平(P<0.01),趋于形成两个不同的品系,但在今后的选育过程中应该对已经存在的近交加以控制。Eighteen microsatellite markers were used to characterize the two specific pathogen-free HBK-B and HBK-Q duck populations that were developed and preserved at the National Center for Experimental Poultry Genetic Resources. The results indicated that the two duck populations had a similar and medium polymorphism over the 18 loci with average PIC of 0.474 and 0.480,adjusted allelic richness of 3.56 and 3.54,respectively. PIC values were higher than 0.5 on seven loci in the two populations. Both X^2 test for allelic frequency differences and significant,test for the pairwise Fsr estimate revealed a significant genetic differentiation between the two populations (P〈0.01) which paves the way for the establishment of two different strains,however,caution has to be taken in controlling present high level of inbreeding.
