摘　　要：用传统的固相反应方法制备了巨介电常数CaCu3Ti4O12陶瓷样品;测出了不同温度下样品的介电常数频率谱,画出了介电常数对应Cole-Cole曲线,并得到了不同温度下样品的静态和光频介电常数;尝试性地提出了一种等效电路,并进行了计算机数据拟合.CaCu3 Ti4 O12 ceramics were prepared by the traditional solid-state reaction method. The frequency dependence of the dielectric constant at the different temperature of each sample were measured, and meanwhile the static and high-frequency dielectric constants were obtained according to the Cole-Cole spectra. An equivalent circuit was applied to analyze the experimental datum and the results were also simulated by the computer.
