摘 要:基于PFU原生动物群落多样性指数分析法对开封市5个水域的水质状况进行评价.结果显示,开封市郊水系中共有原生动物33种(属),其中纤毛虫类占绝对优势有21种,鞭毛类11种、肉足类1种.5个采样点的化学和生物分析法结果一致,生物多样性指数依次为柳池(清园湖(龙亭湖(包公湖(黄汴河,说明柳池水质最好,黄汴河最差.This paper provides results from PFU protozoan community diversity index approach and evaluates water quality of five sampling sites in Kaifeng. The results show that there are thirty-three species of protozoan in the water in Kaifeng, including twenty-one ciliates, eleven flagellates and one sarcodinids. The results obtained from the chemical and biological analysis of the five sampleing sites prove to be consistent. The water quality of I.iuchi is the best and Huangbian River is the worst. The biodiversity indexes are in turn: Liuchi, Qingyuan Lake, Longting Lake, Baogong Lake and Huangbian River.
