去掺杂态N-乙基苯胺与苯胺共聚物的防腐性能

摘  要:利用动态电位极化法和开路电位法,研究了去掺杂态N-乙基苯胺与苯胺(EA/AN)共聚物的防腐性能.结果表明,仅涂有EA/AN共聚物的钢板在强酸性、NaCl水溶液和自来水介质中的自腐蚀电位,分别为-487,-495和-354mV,腐蚀速度分别为0.111 0,0.020 8和0.027 7 g.m-2.h-1,降低倍率远远大于仅涂覆聚苯胺的钢板.以EA/AN共聚物涂层为底漆、环氧树脂为面漆的复合涂层具有最佳的防腐效果,尤其在强酸性介质中,该共聚物复合涂层钢板的开路电位在浸泡过程中不降反升.在长达半年的浸泡中,涂层平滑,粘结紧密不脱落、不起泡,也无锈点.The corrosion-protection performance of the aniline/N-ethylaniline (EA/AN) dedoped copolymer was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization and open-circuit-potential (OCP) techniques. The results show that the corrosion potentials of steel plate coated with the EA/AN copolymer are - 487, - 495 and - 354 mV in acidic aqueous solution, NaCl aqueous solution and tape water respectively. Their corrosion rates are 0.111 0,0. 020 8 and 0. 027 7 g· m^- 2· h^- 1respectively. The degressive times of the corrosion rates are larger than those of the polyaniline composite coating. The composite coating with the EA/AN copolymer as a primer and epoxy resin as a top layer exhibits the best anti-corrosion behavior. Especially in a strong acid aqueous medium, the OCP value of the copolymet composite coating increases over soaking time instead of declining. Though being dipped in the corrosion media for half a year, the coatings remain smooth and firmly attached, without blister and rust spot.
