独一味胶囊在药物流产中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察独一味胶囊在药物流产中的临床效果。方法:将200例妊娠<50天的早孕妇女随机分为两组,均行常规药物流产。观察组加用独一味胶囊每天3次,每次2粒,而对照组不使用此药。结果:两组病例完全流产率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),而观察组在药流后的下腹不适感,阴道流血时间和阴道流血量上明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:独一味胶囊能有效缩短药物流产后阴道流血时间,减少阴道流血量,减轻下腹痛。Objective： To investigate the effect of the Duyiwei capsule using in the medical abortion. Methods： 200 cases of early pregnancy who asked for medical abortion were selected and assigned randomly and equally into a study group （100 cases ）and a control group （100 cases ）. All the cases took the Mifepris-tone and the Misoprostol for medical abortion in the same way, the patients in the study group but not in the control group took the Duyiwei Capsule 3# tid, For 10 days. Results： The discomfort in uterine, the duration and quantity of uterine bleeding in study group was significantly lower than in the control group （P〈 0.05） ,but the ratio of complete abortion in both group were similar （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： the Duyiwei Capsule can effectively shorten the duration and reduce the quantity of uterine bleeding, lessen the abdominal discomfort after the medical abortion.
