7.5%吡·氰复配乳油的高效液相色谱分析

摘  要:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Lichrospher-C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(体积比97∶3)为流动相,在同一色谱条件下对7.5%吡虫啉和氰戊菊酯复配乳油有效成分进行同时分析测定。吡虫啉和氰戊菊酯的保留时间分别为2.1min和4.2min,变异系数(n=6)分别为0.623%和0.541%,平均回收率分别为100.4%和100.6%,线性相关系数分别为0.9996和0.9997。High performance chromatography was adopted for the separation and determination of imidacloprid and fenvalerate in mixed emulsion on the Lichrospher-C18 column with methanol and water (97:3, by vol) as mobile phase and UV detector. Under the selected conditions, the retention times of imidacloprid and fenvalerate were 2.1 min and 4.2 rain respectively. RSD's(n=6) for imidacloprid and fenvalerate were found to be 0.623% and 0.541%. And the average recoveries were 100.4% and 100.6%. The linear correlation coefficients were 0.9996 and 0.9997 respectively.
