摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法测定乙嘧酚磺酸酯含量。确定的分析条件为:色谱柱150mm×4.6mm(i.d.),内装AgilentHC-C18填充物,5μm;以甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比53∶22∶25)溶液为流动相,检测波长240nm,流速1.0mL/min。该方法的线性相关系数为0.9998,变异系数为0.43%,相对标准偏差为0.42,平均回收率为99.83%。A HPLC method was developed for the determination of bupirimate. Analytical conditions involved use of a Agilent HC-C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm）, 5/am with a mobile phase of 53% methanol, 22% ACN and 25% water（by vol）and a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, wavelength of the UV detector was 240 nm. The linear correlation coefficient for the method was 0.9998, the variation coefficient was 0.43%, the standard deviation was 0.42 and the recovery was 99.83%.
