RP-HPLC法测定护肝宁胶囊中大黄素的含量

摘　　要：[目的]建立护肝宁胶囊中大黄素RP—HPLC的含量测定方法。[方法]采用Kromasil—C18柱（5μm，4.6mm×250mm）；流动相为甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（85：15）；检测波长为289nm。[结果]大黄素的进样量在0．1019～1．019μg范围内线性良好，r=0．9999；平均回收率为97．13％，RSD=1．36％（n=6）。[结论]本法操作简便易行、灵敏度高、重现性好、准确可靠，可用于护肝宁胶囊的质量控制。[ Objective] To establish a special determination of Emodin in huganning capsules by RP- HLPC. [ Methods] Kromasil- C18 column （5μm,4.6mm×250mm）was choasen, The methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid （gradient）was used as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was at 289nm. [Results] For emodin ,the linear range was 0. 1019 - 1. 019μg and the average recovery was 97.08% with corresponding RSD= 1.37% （ n = 6）. [Conclusion]The method is simple, sensitive, reproducible, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Chinese medicine Huganning capsules.
