我国西部地区国家青少年体育俱乐部发展现状及对策  

Present Situation and Countermeasures on National Youth Sports Clubs in Western Region of China

摘　　要：主要采用实地调查法、访谈法,对我国西部地区五省的164个国家青少年体育俱乐部的发展现状进行了调查。认为西部地区的俱乐部在数量上形成了一定规模,总体呈良好发展态势,但省市级配套扶持资金没有到位,体育行政部门的宏观管理职能有待加强;进一步分析了目前西部地区俱乐部在发展中存在的5个主要问题,在此基础上提出了7项有针对性的对策与建议。The methods of hterature and investigation, analysis research was made on 164 national youth sports clubs in western region with the aim of push forward the development and reformation of them. The article finds that the quantity of the club has some in scale, the situation of development is good, but the supporting funds from region haven＇ t been allocate, the management of the sport administrative department isn＇ t enough.
