摘  要:往复压缩机常采用旁路回流来进行流量调节,从而造成大量能耗浪费。HydroCOM无级调节系统通过关闭旁路阀实现节能,该系统在镇海加氢裂化4M80往复压缩机上得到了成功应用,节电1 200 kW/h左右。详细阐述了该系统的组成和节能原理,并对应用情况进行了小结。The bypass loop is often used to adjust the flow in reciprocating compressor, which makes large amount of energy waste. Use of HydroCOM stepless speed adjustment system can close the bypass valve to realize energy saving. This system has been applied in 4M80 reciprocating compressor in hydrogen cracking construction located in Zhenhai, and around 1200 kW/h energy can be saved. The composition of this system and the principle of energy saving were described in detail. Moreover, the application of the system was also summarized.
