摘 要:目的:探讨高能电子射线照射大鼠急性皮肤损伤后,吡咯并喹啉醌(pyrroloquinoline quinone,PQQ)对放射损伤后皮肤和血清中自由基的清除作用。方法:采用电子直线加速器照射制作动物模型,以PQQ口服和辐照区喷射的给药方式,观察皮肤、血清中NOS,MDA和SOD含量的改变。结果:与辐照未给药组大鼠相比,应用PQQ的大鼠皮肤、血清中的MDA和NOS显著下降(P<0.05),但高于正常组大鼠(P<0.05);皮肤中SOD含量明显升高(P<0.05),但低于正常组大鼠(P<0.05),血清中SOD变化不明显。结论:PQQ能有效提高自由基清除酶系活性,部分清除电子直线加速器照射后产生的自由基,但达不到正常水平。Objective: To investigate PQQ scavenging free radicals in skin and serum of SD rats after linear accelerator radiation acute skin injury. Methods: The animal model of linear accelerator radiation injury was established, by PQQ oral administrations and jetting administrations, the contents of MDA, NOS, SOD in skin and serum were measured. Results: After PQQ administrations, to PQQ not-treating group, the contents of MDA and NOS decreased, were higher than the normal group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; while the contents of SOD in skin increased, were lower than the normal group (P 〈 0.05 ), the changes of SOD in serum had no significance. Conclusion: PQQ can effectively improve the activities of the free radical scavenging enzymes, partly decrease free radicals produced by linear accelerator radiation, but can not reach the normal level.
