摘 要:目的:观察高肺血流导致肺动脉高压时肺血管病理改变,并了解辛伐他汀(Simvastatin)对肺动脉高压的干预作用。方法:对大鼠行腹主动脉-下腔静脉分流术,建立高肺血流所致肺动脉高压的动物模型,给予辛伐他汀2mg.kg-1.d-1干预11周后进行肺动脉压力测定,检测肺小动脉百分比,肺中、小型肌性动脉血管壁肌层厚度占外径的百分比(WT%)、血管壁肌层面积占血管总面积的百分比(WA%)以及肺动脉血管阻塞得分(vascular occlusionscore,VOS),并与正常组和对照组比较。结果:辛伐他汀能较好地降低肺动脉压力,降低肺肌性动脉百分比,降低WT%和WA%并能较好地阻止肺动脉血管阻塞。结论:辛伐他汀对高肺血流导致的肺动脉高压有较好的干预作用。Objective: To observe the change of pathology in pulmonary vascular when pulmonary hypertension induced by high pulmonary blood flow happens and comprehend the intervention effects of Simvastatin in pulmonary hypertension. Methods: Abdominal aorta-inferior vena cava shunting was made in rats to establish animal model of pulmonary hypertension induced by high pulmonary blood flow, Simvastatin with dose of 2 mg · kg^-1 · d^- 1 interfered for 11 weeks. And then, pulmonary arterial pressure, tri-type pulmonary arteriole percentage, ratio of vascular wall area/total vascular area( WA% ) and ratio of vascular wall thickness/vascular external diameter (WT%) of pulmonary meta, ell-type arterial and vascular occlusion score (VOS) of pulmonary arteriole are determined. These were compared with those of nomal and control groups rats. Results: Simvastatin can decrease all of the pulmonary arterial pressure and tri-type pulmonary arteriole percentage, WA%, WT% and the VOS of pulmonary arteriole better. Conclusion: Simvatatin had better effect to intervent pulmonary hypertension induced by high pulmonary blood flow.
