摘  要:分析了影响热辐射法测量火焰温度精度的主要因素,研究了基于灰体热辐射理论描述火焰介质的热辐射率变量特征的相关参量,构造了燃烧产物的热辐射率函数的理论模型。根据火焰产物的特性采用不同的近似方案,讨论了热辐射率准确性对温度测量精度的影响。结果表明,火焰介质可分为理想、线性和一般灰体,相关的热辐射率函数的表现形式是不同的,多波长辐射法比单波长辐射法测温精度要高。The important factors that influence the measuring accuracy of frame temperature via radiation method are analyzed in this paper. Based on the thermo-radiation theory of gray-body, the correlative parameters describing the characters of the emissivity variable are investigated. The emissivity function theoretic model of the burning medium is established. Different approximate schemes are adopted according to the property of combustion production. The effect of emissivity precision on the measuring accuracy of the flame temperature is discussed. The results indicate that the medium in flame can be divided into ideal gray body, linear gray body and generic gray body. The correlative emissivity functions are different, and the measuring precision is better by multi-wavelengths than by single wavelength.
